The picture above is the town center in Telluride, Colorado. I went to Telluride about five years ago and it was one of the best vacations of my life. The hotel was newly built and beautiful. Not a lot of people would think to bring their family here for a family vacation but I can honestly say it was an amazing experience. During the summer it has the perfect weather and is not too cold and not too warm. Our hotel was below the mountains and we took the gondola ski lift to the town everyday. It had the most amazing views. In Telluride there are activities including horse back riding, hiking, concerts, shows, restaurants, ATV driving, and sight seeing. It is a vacation that all families should consider!
